Pricing FAQ
- How are candidate payments handled?
- Candidate payments are separate from your subscription. When a candidate accepts a trial, their fee is charged to your card and held in escrow. It releases automatically to the candidate when the trial ends and activity thresholds are met.
- What happens during the 14-day free trial?
- You get full Starter-tier access. You can run one paid work trial during the free period to see the platform end-to-end. No credit card required.
- Can I switch tiers mid-billing?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
- What if a candidate withdraws partway through a trial?
- Payment is pro-rated to the completed full days only and released to the candidate. Your subscription is unaffected.
- Which AI tools are supported?
- Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude Code. You connect one team-level admin API key per company. Candidates use your team subscription during the trial.
- Do you support self-hosted GitHub or GitLab?
- Not in v1 — we integrate with github.com via a read-only GitHub App. GitLab and self-hosted GitHub Enterprise are on the post-launch roadmap.
